Are you prepared to conduct due diligence?

I’ve heard the grant cardone interviews on a couple different podcasts and love his philosophy and want to dive into a larger unit complex...but definitely want to learn more and do more due diligence before I do.

Do as much due diligence you can with local government, landlords, and/or property managers as far as zoning ordinances.

Everyone here spends a lot of time on due diligence and analyzing deals etc etc when buying property.

Please Please Please DO YOUR DILIGENCE.

I find it particularly difficult when doing due diligence with properties without addresses (lots) to know if I am actually looking at the correct property when I am physically visiting the property.  

Hi Jerry, When we bought are facility, we did extensive due diligence to mitigate risk and were relatively certain we would turn it around.  

This is something you can check during your due diligence period. 

So if you think you're doing your due diligence as a buyer and see the taxes are "only 900, or 1400" and you think: great these numbers work for me!
