Best Aps for real estate investors

I was searching to find an easier way to confirm parcel number with the GPS on your phone.  I find it particularly difficult when doing due diligence with properties without addresses (lots) to know if I am actually looking at the correct property when I am physically visiting the property.  I was doing a google search and came up with several aps that may be helpful but I was wondering if anyone had feedback about some of these aps or if they had better suggestions?
