Your PM should communicate to them that if they are unable to pay rent, to please reach out.

They use their own accounts to log in to whatever streaming services they use and Roku pretty much offers them all.The 12mb connection can stream standard HD to all the TV's at the same time with some leftover for devices.

Your best bet IMO is to communicate your concerns rather than looking for a contractual default out of the lease. 

The tenant was served so she is aware she is getting evicted.She is not communicating, not paying partial rent and basically living rent free.

The nice thing about the Ring system is that you can customize it; you can buy more Ring security devices (for windows, doors, cameras, etc.) and link it all into on big system.

Communication has deteriorated.One of the subs got COVID and everyone abandoned the project for 2 weeks and got busy elsewhere and it was hell getting them back. 10 week project is on 12 weeks and only half done.Other GC's have other health issues or can't keep up with work.
