Frankly, we are on a cliff and I need one more favor.HB 461, the Landlord eviction bill, is on a maybe list to be heard in the Senate Judicial Committee on Friday, the last day bills will be heard.Would you write a quick email to Chairman Todd Lakey (you will need to format this it is :  tlakey  then put at sign senate.idaho.gov) and Co-Chairman Abby Lee (alee then put at sign then senate.idaho.gov) and ask them to please make HB 461 one of the bills that gets heard Friday?

I am still not 100% sure exactly what job I will use my degree for, but am will narrow it down as I go to college with my G.I. bill.

RUBS is a cheap system that is installed to bill back water utility charges to the tenants.

So, through the title/escrow co I let them know that if the attorney did not cancel it, I would be presenting them for the bill for the new locks and locksmith, and any damage the clean out folks did to MY house as they had no authority---and it was not occupied.
