There was one criteria that I did not pass though...you have to 5 years no missed payments. 4 years 6 months ago, somehow something slipped with the auto drafting and I got a 30 day notice, so it kicked me out of the race.

I feel as though the lease has been expired as of August 2021 but others are saying it auto-renews for another year indefinitely.

Some will be a year term with auto renew for same period, maybe a penalty, maybe only requirement is 30 days written notice.
