Do you just use an excel sheet with the actual values, or have you invested in any REI specific software?

Hello Early Syndicators,I am working on a website for a syndication software that addresses the main challenges early syndicators face. 

I ended up canceling the software I was using because it wasn't that accurate so now I have to take a step back and set up other tools.

I am looking for new software to better manage my growing portfolio.

I use popular software tools to self-manage rentals including listings when there are vacancies and leases.

Here's how to make sure of that:If you don't have accounting software: For your subscriptions, hold onto your receipts (whether digital or paper) for those expenses. 

From an audit perspective, I vaguely recall you just need to have justification for sales price and stuff.

Purchased the software and have had no luck with the "on boarding specialist" at all. many email and phone calls gone un answered.

There are property management companies that have services where they help with the leasing agreements/screening of tenants if desired and then leave you to self-manage, however, there are also other software services/apps that you can figure out if needed.
