Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Wake Forest.

Purchase price: $130,000

renting out my 3/2 SFH on the way to 15 rentals

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

financing already in place- I know all about the home having lived there

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

bought it for my family

How did you finance this deal?

I like your vision to grow to 15 rentals and seeing this as a piece in that pursuit!  

The simplest way forward would be to decide if you are self-managing or hiring a manager.  If you are self-managing then you'll want to determine the rental value, (strongly recommend) have professional photos, video, and 3D model made, put together the listing and publish on all relevant listing websites, and field the inquiries.
