Wholesaling Real Estate Blueprint

Adrienne Mroz
Posted

Hi there! I am eyeballing a course by Chris Goff called the WHOLESALING BLUEPRINT. It is rather inexpensive and even offers a 30 day money back guarantee. I noticed he has a BiggerPockets logo on this site but I wanted to validate this. I have been burned before when I was in a tight position and truly trying to make a positive change for my family. Real Estate Investing has always been my dream but I feel like no matter how much I read or research, I find myself struggling to understand where to begin. So, I am looking for a TRUE step by step guide. Would this course be a good place to start? Also, has anyone here taken this course and found what they were looking for (a start, income, a business)? I am not looking for a guru, I'm looking for real knowledge/education as well as a real step by step guide. I don't want to be afraid to start anymore. I want to gain confidence and hit the ground running.

@Ryan Talmadge I did end up purchasing the course which was very helpful. Now that I understand how wholesaling works, I need to work on building. I've sent out mailers, received a couple responses but no deal yet. I have a mentor who is also interested in working with me for flips. He's been most helpful answering my questions and more than willing to pay my assignment fees. I joined MREI recently and have yet to attend a meeting/event and a good friend of mine is a real estate agent willing to provide expired listings. I feel like I'm getting off to a decent start. I do work part time and homeschool my 2 boys so I'm doing the best I can with what time I have. I just received a call from a REA on a property I mailed to. I understand that it is best to find out when the listing expires? I've taken action but need a true system. I ended up canceling the software I was using because it wasn't that accurate so now I have to take a step back and set up other tools. That is amazing you have so much in your pipeline! I really want to learn how to do this virtually to broaden my horizons. Unfortunately, this course didn't teach that part.
