@Kay Moore depending on scope of services, fees can range between $7,500 to 20k.

If you can not afford something like that, my suggestion would be to be very aggressive with the rates and bank on volume.

As a reminder, you as the lender when managing an asset are the servicer and fall under servicing laws typically.
