and for those who don't know that is about 75 miles out into the central valley from SF  people will commute to east bay and San Jose I guess from there.

The Camelot area in San Antonio has historically been a high crime area covered in huge piles of trash.

@Scott Kelley if you were buying in some of the high rent areas around San Francisco you would not get even a fraction of the 1% rule.
