and what a deal is not... every investor has their personal critiera and as an agent you have to weed through those that are totally unrealistic in todays market.. get rid of time suck clients and focus on those that are realistic and Make sure they have the ability to transact.. lots of BS artist out there..

My question specifically is did you find in the last cycle that when the condo market had a glut, developers tried to rent out their units on the cheap and if so did that affect the mom and pop multi family units that are always on the market.
