I use Evernote. If you are driving for dollars you can take a pic of a house and the address pops right up. You can also make notes with the pic. I also use this for each of my properties, making notes about what I would like to upgrade and then I enter all of the bids I receive. I will continually add photos as work is being done. It is all kept neatly organized.
