@Melissa Kirchhoff Although I live in IL (about an hour east of Ottawa) I invest in primarily Arizona tax liens.

I’m interested in the east side of Metro Detroit due to the lower entry cost and I have family in that area so I’m familiar with it.

You both could stage stuff in the same POD during the switch, and start cleaning your unit and touching up paint now.. you do do touch up after the tenant moves in just tell her leave stuff in middle of room for few days..
