You want to keep all of your deal flow platforms open (wholesalers, agents, MLS, slow-moving wholesalers, small margin wholesalers, etc, etc).

Don't go hog wild creating an account on every platform. 

We use Dwolla to collect payments online but I'm looking at other options that are property management platforms. 

Roofstock's online platform is very user friendly and their team is also very helpful.

I'd list a spare bedroom first and understand the platform, the customer service aspect, the airbnb interface, the communication, etc.
