Has anyone used Liquidspace or other site to lease office space?

Hello,

Does anyone have any pros or cons to share regarding using a platform like Liquidspace? It's like an AirBnb for office space and I am considering giving it a try.  There are other small offices for rent in the area but are all longer leases through a commercial broker.  This seems like a way to stand out from the crowd and perhaps tap into a tenant pool that may be under served in Simpsonville.

One tenant has two suites upstairs in our small building and their business designing conveyor belt systems is slow right now.  They are looking at downsizing to one suite at their renewal date.  They have hit slow periods before and bounced back so my thought was to test out short term leases using a platform like Liquidspace to replace the income.  If they bounce back and want the space back, then they won't have a long time to wait and I won't have made a long term commitment to anyone.

Opinions and advice appreciated! I am relatively new to the commercial office space gig.  I ended up with the office building because the co-working spaces in Greenville were a miserable commute from my home :).

Thank you!

Amy
