@Jody James simply look up the Real Estate regulators defininition of a RE agent..universily it will say for " expectation or compensation for gain of selling a property you don't own to another you need to be licensed" its the most violated law in America along with speeding :) A good RE attorney in your area could help you... spend 200 to 300 bucks an figure out what you can and cannot do... do not rely on on line advice we are not going to get wrung up by your state regulators you will
