How can you find out if your State has any Wholesaling restrictions?
I live in Maine and I have a question for the BP Community. I have managed to find a couple of great deals in my area, but before getting an option on any of these properties I want to cover myself and make sure that I'm not doing anything illegal. How can I find out if my State has any Wholesaling restrictions? Any other advice from the community for someone looking to Wholesale his first property?
