I recently bought a roughly 30k house at auction With the intention to resell as is to an investor.It’s a nice little house needs very little work.

I bought a Bank of America foreclosure years ago, and it was a great experience. 

My real estate experience is as follows, I bought a 2.9 acre piece of raw land earlier this year, still planning the build on it.

It may just take you some time to figure out what the right amount is, but if you just bought this property you probably already know the historical utility expenses.The downsides are obvious - if your water bill is higher than the rate you are charging, you as the owner are going to eat that charge.

We've bought property that way, but it wasn't clean and there was a risk that there were debts or other judgements attached to the LLC that we didn't know about.

We don't issue 1099 to HomeDepot where we bought stuff.

I will bet dollars to donuts the 18 month 0% is a credit card with teaser rate.or the guru has bought down financing rates from a unsecured lender.. which they pay for out of your 25k.
