Thoughts On Foreclosure.com on BiggerPockets? Working For You?

Good Day all BiggerPockets members!  Question: Are you using "Foreclosure.com" on BP? Love to hear your thoughts on why or why not I should use this service. I bought a Bank of America foreclosure years ago, and it was a great experience. The monthly fee is just shy of $40.00 a month (after free trial), and I was wondering if I should give this service a go. :)  Also, if using this service, for how long?

Thank you very much in advance!

Happy Investing!  $$$
