You can then easily go to Hardware store sites near your property, such as Home Depot, and start pricing out cabinets to replace what you currently have.

In our search, we're finding that there are zones for STR - like the Osceola/Kissimmee area vs Winter Garden or Minneola, but still see listings for private rooms or entire rooms in these other areas.We want to do this the right way, and our initial thought was to rent an apartment in Minneola for example and be able to list that on Airbnb, but we found that this usually is a violation of the lease when you rent.
