At the moment these are the only strategies I know of that  can potentially allow me to generate quick funds so that I can get into other kinds of deals.I'm hoping other experienced investors can share experiences and insights to these concepts and guide me in the right direction.

House hacking and a live in flip seem to be very good strategies.  

Real estate has always been my dream and i am very eager to hear about various strategies that are used on a daily basis.

@Raven Walker - there are several strategies to buying TAX LIENS or buying properties that have tax liens, or buying at TAX LIEN FORECLOSURE SALES...it gets complicated, but that means not many are doing it...if you have more time than money to invest, i'd research the heck out of it, and see if you think you can find an angle that you like.

Im a wholesaler and ive been wanting to use different strategies for a while like seller financing, i dont want there to be only one option to homeowners who dont want to sell their house far below market value seen as thats the only offers i make.

I like to invest to change today (cash flow) and replace my W-2 income, so if I had no matching I would probably stop putting into the 401k and just dedicate that 6% to more investing.It's really about long term personal strategy on this one.

I'm interested in finding a good realtor to work with who knows the area pretty well and has an open mind to new strategies.

Now... time to find my strategy to build this!
