I found a company that seems to have a good rate, reputation, etc. but as I'm about to pull the trigger I'm catching myself second guessing.

Just wanted to see what people's strategies are and kind of gauge if everyone is sitting on their hands or if they're all ready to pull the trigger if the deal is right, knowing they can refi in a relatively short time. 

@Alyssa Alayvilla you should have all this in place before you pull the trigger. 

Summer/Fall of 2019 I went through a good 10-12 multi family properties and didn't pull the trigger on any of them.

I know in a typical sell it triggers a tax liability for the seller.

This also will trigger lender.How are you getting the people out?
