Hey BP FAM!

So my partners and I have put in our best & final offer on a house in Joshua Tree, CA and we had a referred local contractor come out to see the property this past weekend and I would love to get a few more bids from other contractors if possible and I need them ASAP.

It's a 2BD/1BA 907 SQ. FT.

8,358 SQ FT. Lot
