I also had a few issues with support but not that big of a deal; I kind of moved away from that site but in the future maybe I'll try it again if I hear otherwise from people such as yourself.I only used this for one unit and over a short period of time... so it may have not been a long enough test run.

As for the tankless idea that @David Krulac raised, your gas line does have to be sized correctly to support the capacity needed by the tankless units.
