After much reading and watching youtube videos, I still have the jitters about exactly where to begin.

I strongly recommend learns this and always make multiple offers when you submit an offer to a seller, wholesale and to different versions to sell on terms.

Anytime someone is looking for information about a specific guru program I suggest they submit a Google search with the name of the program followed by "scam" and start reading.

I haven't won one.I've tried using a buyers agent as well as submitting the offer directly.A new property came up for sale today.

It generally takes about 30 days from when al the paper work is submitted.
