I feel like the more studying I do the better so Im not sure why everyone usually take the big test before the 24hour course.  

I've read a lot and studied a lot to know that this real estate business is not easy and you can make a lot of mistakes if your numbers are not accurate.  

One guy has 2 German Shepherds; its a relatively small place with a small yard, he travels and would have a roomate stay with him, in a band and has a lot of musical equipment, etc... and the other couple asked me about house parties, smoking, and how many people I would allow to say in the house at any given time.

So I literally have just completed the online coursework portion to become a broker in Washington State.....now the fun part- the broker exam.Here is my question-Do you have any helpful tips or advice on how I go by studying for this beast of a test?

Study the market and watch what sells, how fast, for how much, and what it looks like after rehab.Best of luck!

I say training because I have purchased and read countless books, attended a few seminars and purchased a number of study courses from the "gurus".  

I have been studying real estate for the past 2 years and I have attended numerous real estate seminars and local meeting.

30 months sounds like music to my ears, as time flies afterall.

That meant lunch hour could be studying REI or making a phone call, not possible if you couldn't use the company phone in the old days but with cell phones now, easy to do.
