Hello All,

I'm new to the site, but have been perusing it for a couple of days now.  What I am reading is great!  Though I have not performed any real estate transactions, other than my own residence, I have been in training for the past 7 years or so.  I say training because I have purchased and read countless books, attended a few seminars and purchased a number of study courses from the "gurus".  I can honestly say, however, that all of the material that I now possess has proven to be invaluable.  It has definitely taught me a lot!  I'm just not certain what has been keeping me from pulling the trigger and taking action, though.  I am in hopes that by reading and participating in the blogs and listening to the pod casts, I will be able to step out of this analysis paralysis that I have found myself in.  I can't wait to begin meeting other members!

And by the way, I have convinced my mother to join BP also.  She is very excited about her new endeavor!
