The average appreciation for the last 5 years from a single San Diego SFR exceeds the cash flow from the average mid west SFR for the last 50 years.

A year later, I purchased a single family house and turned it into a rental in 2017.

Short term, I am interested in single and multi family properties. 

Thanks to the confidence builders I continue to hear, we are closing on two single family properties at the end of July with my brother.Couple of notes I wanted to say before questions.1.

Its a 2 bed 2 bath single family unit which worked for me at the time because I had a roommate that I charged an extra $500 to and split utilities.

The bottom line, storage facilities are valued like commercial properties and not single family residences. 

For an average single family home, there isn't a ton of difference in what an agent can reasonable do to actively find you buyers.

Long term, rental buildings are great for single family home pricing.
