Rode it though some funky seller issues whereby it changed hands between 2 different owners while I had it in escrow (fun!).

Does the seller need to know of the true buyer of the house and if so how do they not find out about me bumping up the price?

We have bought off the MLS, off market direct to seller, but haven't bought anything via wholesaler.

You must have to think about this property for hours every week, that's not how it should be....Don't be short-term greedy and hang in there for the immediate money.
