Some types of carpet and some colors survive trampling and stains better than others.

If the walls are neon yellow, they might not hear you tell them that you will have it custom painted to the color of their liking.

You  guys always seem to hire very talented decorators.The southwest colors against the grey really pop and make the model memorable.The pig with glasses pic is very unique, and it should help them close the prospect when they get back to the office ("What did you think of the two bedroom with the pig in glasses pic?"

It's really durable and cleanable and can be good looking in the right color combos.

I was curious if you remembered the color you used for paint.

If you counted the amount underwater on their mortgage, the % rose to 2/3 of the population.

You could then take the old piece to Sherwin Williams and they can match the color on their computer.

Sorry couldn't upload pic but the current color right now is more like light peach color vs the model home color we expected and signed our contract to be based on was a darker beige color.

They don't scratch wood like cats.They don't pee on floors like cats/dogs.They don't color in crayon all over everything and break stuff like kids.They don't potentially eat neighbor's pets or bite like snakes could.They don't have potential flooding issues like 50 gallon aquariums.And, really, how many potential tenants even have lizards/reptiles?
