I also have business cards made up with the URL of our website on it and give them out to anyone that we happen to meet and is interested in our rentals.I have a "Google My Business" listing (pin on Google map) for each location that links to our website so anyone who finds me on Google can see our website and our properties.This year I've taken 26 bookings through our website directly, either from repeat guests or guests who found us online.The booking engine I currently use is ReservationKey.

In a perfect world, I would be able to launch an app to snap a photo of my receipt, then have it auto-magically sync with QBDT and associate the receipt with the credit card transaction (or check).Anyone know if this is possible?

I'm already began constructing mailing campaign and speak with individuals on creating target letters, letter heads and business cards.

Recently I paid a vendor and used the company name he had on his card.

I paid off everthing and closed down all my accounts except for a savings account and a debit card.

This thought came to me the other day....My wife and I have around $160k in total debt-student loans, cars, credit cards from a failed business venture, etc. costing us about $2800 pm to make the min payments.

Once that relationship was determined to NOT be attorney/client, discovery was done on decades of communication between the two and the whole house of cards fell.The final thing I learned is that in a divorce, everybody loses.  

I think since these are rental properties and there are tax implications the answer might be different than if we were just comparing credit card debts but perhaps not.
