Honestly I think you may be so used to the same narrative that you're trying to make something fit into this conversation that's not really relevant.

I think there are a FEW wholesalers who disclose, inform, have means to close, and aren't trying to defraud or take advantage of the customer.  

Receiving no further payments they force placed insurance and advanced taxes, etc.In that scenario all the claims currently being made would be relevant.

The average click is about $25 and the saddest part about the money spent is the PPC attracts more advertisers selling us services than customers.

I have also gotten excellent customer service and all questions answered promptly.

Anyone have experience with their customer service and/or used them for their IRA?  

I had a quick stint in online sales involving paypal specifically  , and we would have correct customers contact, verified shipping, verified billing, restricted delivery to only a specific customer, then they would charge back and paypal and CC would side with buys even after we submitted all documentation.
