Commercial REI Coaches! Any Recommendations?!

Hey Hey! Eric here...

I've been a residential investor (flipper) for eight years. I've flipped over 100 homes in the past few years. I love this part of the business but it's time for me to make the transition from flipping to large asset holdings. I've owned 30 rental units in my career but I'm no where close to being an expert in this part of the industry. I've committed to making this transition from flips to rentals by the end of 2016 and my goal is to have 100 rental units within 12 months.

I would like to hire an experienced commercial real estate coach to help me make this transition. Who are the top CRE coaches in the business? Can you recommend anyone? Anyone I should stay away from? Is there anyone in this forum who would like to chat about a possible mentor program?
