In some areas utls will stick as well.I ran into a friend of mine on my Flight to Vegas yesterday and she said her brother has been active in your state .. peaked my interest I am going to check it out and maybe set up a team there.. 

But at same time, a very different peak

Then if something peaks my interest I log on to the forums and search that topic and learn all I can about it.  

Methods to speed up construction?

When I got into high school where comprehension and content became more important than spelling and speed, I began to do better.

I have always found there to be a direct relationship in cost to speed of work within reason.

@Jerryll Noorden it's definitely a good idea to get the tenant up to speed before buyers.  

The commercial market is at its peak and it can only get worse.

I offered to cover 1/2 of the closing costs to help speed thing along.  

For flips, what I've learned is speed.
