Wordpress is very easy to set up, is user friendly and you can go to YouTube and look up videos on how to set it up.

I looked into finding if a license is needed, which you have gone over in your youtube video but i am needing clarity.  

A quick way to get rid of a scammer is get them on Skype where It records video of them etc.It's just a cost of doing business.

We are also about to roll out a video podcast the old fashioned real estate show where we drink bourbon old fashioneds and talk about real estate.
