I have started to use Craiglist as part of our marketing Stragety:

What are your thoughts and or advice on the ad? how about as to using craigslist? Use pictures? link to website? squeeze page? Any other venues that you guys would recommend? Feedback is much appreciated!

@Hugo Lopez The ad looks really good an cover the norm when trying to gain leads. What I would do is have that website setup to educate those who come there. I will have tons useful information that will encourage them to optin.

Don't just say can I buy your house because that's not the way to go. Take the educational stand point and watch your leads soar. 

P.S. think about building an online presence this the by far the best form of marketing when it comes to real estate.
