I'm a bit north in Santa Monica but like your passion.

I started a self directed IRA company in 2003 because I was passionate about how you can grow real wealth using real estate.

Versus starting up some totally unrelated business.Find someone in your local market who's truly passionate about this business, and doing it, and you'll find the greatest real estate mentor you can ever have, even if they aren't on the radio or late night tv!

Our passion in all we do is to help people in need and we aim to do that through our business as well as we seek to provide solutions for and positively impact the community around us.  

I sometimes get too passionate about my issues with TU.

I can be passionate about doing this.- Many of my properties are leveraged with private loans that will last for 5-7 more years.- We are able to provide work for many great people (to do remodels, etc)

Yes the money is important but you need passion for what you are doing.
