Hi! My husband and I are newly involved in Real Estate Investing. We are determined, hardworking, efficient and creative individuals and are excited about our future in Real Estate. While we have been involved previously with rentals and other buy and hold properties, with our construction knowledge and interests, we are now looking for flip and rehab deals as well as other wholesale opportunities. We are also very interested in developing community, building relationships, and learning and connecting with other like minded REI's in our area. We live in Fort Mill SC but do business across North and South Carolina. In addition to developing relationships with real estate investors we are also looking to meet and do business with private investors and contractors. Our passion in all we do is to help people in need and we aim to do that through our business as well as we seek to provide solutions for and positively impact the community around us.
