Not saying you are, just saying it is fruit for thought.There is also more then 1 way to skin a cat, say if they wont lend for the purchase and that is what you are seeking, how about using HM for bridge financing, rehab and rent or C4D, then seek lending on the owned property?

To get away from thinking about work they need to get away from each other.Anyone that has worked a business with a wife (or husband if the case may be) understands the strains.I also think there is nothing better than couples that have made it and live to enjoy the fruits of their labor.

It was unlocked of course because of the heavy duty orange extension cord going through the open front door... it was attached at the other end to a multi-outlet strip, into which the tenant had plugged in several lights, the stove, and the refrigerator!
