Hello
I have been researching wholesaling and have decided to go for it. I feel like I understand finding seller and buyer (in theory), what has me concerned is closing. can anybody sort of walk me through the process.

Also if anybody is in Southern California around Riverside or Orange county area I would love to get together over lunch and pick your brain, maybe work with you a bit or just chat over email.
