UT at Brownsville is expanding with potentially a new Medical school in the area. 

They are crisp and they do not pill up like sateen does.

I've done it a few different ways. 1) Listed it on the sites such as Furnished Finder, AirBnB, Booking.com, FB Travel lodging groups; and specifically call out the proximity to any medical centers or hospitals.  2) Word of mouth with my friends and colleagues 3) Reaching out to travel medical staff companies and leaving my info with recruiters.  

In fact, I'd argue that it is actually the most challenging form of "real estate investing" out there (and I've done it all.. wholesaling, house flipping, ground up development, office, medical, short term rentals, long term rentals)My 2 cents is that you mentor your son to become a rock star realtor.

They're among my favorite tenants, and there are not enough semi-furnished units at the ready near medical facilities.

I am SURE you did a background check, you make sure they graduated from a good  medical university, and that they have plenty experience doing brain tumor operations right?
