I’m listening to podcasts, reading books, and just learning everything I can about real estate investing.

Read and listen to podcasts on BP and other sites, too.  

However I hate to sit around doing nothing other than listening to podcasts and reading while saving.

Hello All - Been a listener of the BP Podcast for a few years now and I’ve finally gathered up the courage to purchase my first home with my wife!

Bottom line though ... you need to do your own research and read books and listen to podcasts as they answer all those questions in detail.
