Just starting out in central jersey

Hello everyone, I’m 18 years old just starting out. I’m listening to podcasts, reading books, and just learning everything I can about real estate investing. I am in the central New Jersey area and I work a full time job building my capital. I’m looking to get into flips, long and short term rentals, and wholesaling. I’m also looking for anyone I can learn from in my area and maybe eventually a partner. Also I will be moving down to North Carolina in about 6 years or so, so anyone down there with any advice or opportunities I would love to hear it.  I do not have much capital right now but I am working and really passionate about real estate. My ultimate goal is to be financially free when I’m 30 and be able to give my family the best life possible. Thank you!!
