I have several business checking accounts with TD as well, and I would suggest that anyone looking to invest to become very friendly with the staff at the bank.

That bank used some of the property as staff offices and for related insurance products. 

I don't have any on-staff workers so I don't hand out any copies of my keys!  

I have had nothing but an incredible relationship with Lee's staff from all of his companies.

For example, a PM that manages 200+ doors and has a full time staff and administration vs. a small Mom and Pop that manage themselves and have 10-20 doors.  

Then your on site staff can read and bill the tenants.
