Giving Wholesaling A Try

Good Day,

Looking to start wholesaling in the new england area.  Looking for any blogs or video tips/resources located on this site that will prove useful to a newbie with zero exp.

I was told, setting up a llc is a must.  On the other hand Im told too soon, to generate profits first.

Any input plz???

Thanks. David. We're all here in need of help or knowledge or to provide it. Can you explain how one would go about preventing the wholesaler from being cut out of the deal?
