Hello Jason,This site is a good way to do that, also you should join local real estate investing groups.Each investor is going to have their own criteria and experienced ones cantell you within 2-3 minutes if they want to pursue going further on a property,so I would recommend just getting as large a buyers list as you can andthe people with self sort as you send things out.
