New investor in North DFW area

Hi Everyone! I'm new to Bigger Pockets and new to real estate investing. Really enjoying the Podcasts at the moment! I'm in the middle of my first single family flip in East Dallas right now but really want to get into multifamily (20+ units) as soon as possible. I attended some Lifestyles Unlimited events but didn't want to shell out $12k for some mentoring. I hope I can get some good guidance on Bigger Pockets instead and meet some good local folks to help us all reach our goals!
