How should I get involved or are the chances slim to none?

This of course can be waved but only with the consent of ALL parties involved. 

I am now at a point where I am equipped enough and extremely hungry to get involved in this space and starting building an investment portfolio. so here we go with the first of thousands of posts to come!

My parents are wanting to get involved in real estate and I’m going to partner with them on a few as the have some money to put down on some deals.
