@Cody BarrettI use the CMS system we previously had in-place for my other business, but one should use whatever medium is most comfortable and convenient as you are more likely to stick with it.In the case of electronic communications, it is very easy to archive email and SMS correspondence.   

The bonus they do though is internally register the mortgage for a higher value than the original appraisal but hold back the extra funds.
