@Stephen Lofthus I have one their names are Mark and Jeff.... they are very good at what they do.. they did bank OREO work for years along with FHA and FAnnie.. so they are well versed and know how to find the deals and know how to size up the properties. helps to have RE brokers that are already in the distressed asset game and then want to start taking these down as principals.. they are rock star's
